LayOut of the Gimli HarbourThe Gimli Harbour is accessible to both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Vehicle traffic is permitted on the main dock for the purpose of loading and unloading for a maximum of 20 minutes. There is parking available for boat owners in the south parking lot, and main parking lot located at the launch ramp near the Harbour Master Office. There is berthing available for power boats along the Main Dock, C, D, E, and the new Pan Am Docks. Sailboats are welcome on docks C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, the new Pan Am Docks and the South Dock. With recent upgrades in both the construction of docks and new electrical pedestals many of our docks are now considered full service slips. Full Service Slips (15-30 amp power plus water) are now designated as follows: Main Dock (30 amp pedestals only) C, D, E (30 amp pedestals only) F, G, H, I, J docks (in the Centre Basin with a mix of 15 & 30 amp pedestals) There are NO poles remaining in the Gimli Harbour. Construction is currently underway for the demolition and removal of all poles, and the installation of new docks on the north side of the Pan Am Pier.
